AXS promotes Julie Lamb and Jason Boxer to key roles | Live

AXS has announced two significant promotions. Julie Lamb, former senior vice president of human resources, has been appointed chief people officer, and Jason Boxer, former senior vice president of accounting and finance, has been appointed chief financial officer.

Lamb and Boxer, who will be based in LA, will continue to report to AXS CEO Brian Perez.

“The promotions reflect their leadership and impact on the company’s growth, culture and long-term strategy,” the statement said.

In her new role as Chief People Officer, Julie Lam will continue to lead AXS’ global talent strategy, including an expanded focus on talent development across ticketing platforms.

“At AXS, our people, and the lasting relationships they build with our partners, are one of our competitive advantages and central to our operations and growth. Julie is an exceptional leader and has played a pivotal role in creating this advantage by helping shape AXS’s culture and securing the best team in the industry,” said Brian Perez.

As Chief Financial Officer, Jason Boxer will oversee all aspects of AXS’ financial strategy, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, and long-term growth initiatives.

“Jason has been equally influential in shaping the financial discipline and strategic foundations of our business,” Perez added. “As we rapidly expand into new markets, he has helped build a globally integrated financial organization that supports sustainable growth, operational rigor, and long-term strategic investments. His leadership is essential to ensuring AXS continues to expand with focus and purpose.”

These promotions follow the recent appointments of Nikhil Bobde as Chief Technology Officer and Alex Hasbun as Chief Innovation Officer.

AXS, which won the ticket sales company category at last year’s Music Week Awards, has been nominated again for the 2026 ceremony.
