of jazz master collection by hamilton Classic watchmaking meets contemporary design, offering a mechanical essence without unnecessary embellishments. Latest jazzmaster open heart Do not confuse with model skeleton versionHamilton offers a wide range of dial colors across three sizes to satisfy as many customers as possible.
of open heart concept While not new to Hamilton, it continues to be one of the most consistent runs in the accessible Swiss segment. The Jazzmaster Open Heart is designed to invite the wearer into the mechanism, rather than just opening the dial for effect. It is a daily reminder that a mechanical watch is a living object, encouraging further discovery about how it works or simply recognizing its mechanical heritage.
The new Jazzmaster Open Heart collection consists of 36mm, 40mm and 42mm references to accommodate a variety of wrists and tastes. All versions share the same stainless steel case construction, with brushed surfaces and polished accents for a discreet yet sophisticated look. The thickness is kept from about 10mm to just over 11mm depending on the size, so you can sit comfortably while maintaining enough presence for everyday use. A sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating protects the dial, and the watch is rated for 50m water resistance, making it plenty suitable for both formal and casual wear.
On the dial, Hamilton continues to utilize its signature open-heart aperture, revealing the movement of the balance wheel and other components. It’s not a complete skeleton, nor does it pretend to be. An opening that does not compromise symmetry or legibility.
The new dial execution introduces a smoky gradient finish with variations of silver, gold tone, deep blue, turquoise and brown, creating a unique personality across the series. The applied indexes and faceted hands are treated with Super-LumiNova and are clearly visible even in low light. Changing the tone of the texture allows you to see it more closely. If you choose to take your time, feel the stillness.
Powering all Jazzmaster Open Heart models is Hamilton’s H-10 automatic movement (powermatic 80), based on ETA C07.111, which itself is ETA 2824. Operating at 21,600 vibrations per hour, it has an 80-hour power reserve and is designed for reliability and everyday use. The Nivachron hairspring has enhanced resistance to magnetism, temperature changes and shocks. The exhibition case back offers a view of the movement, which has been finished in an industrial and honest manner to match the position of the watch.
Depending on the reference, the Jazzmaster Open Heart is sold on a five-row stainless steel bracelet closed with a folding clasp or on a leather strap ranging from patina calf to clean white leather. This collection is part of Hamilton’s permanent catalog. Some references are already available and some are scheduled for release in May 2026.
