2026年3月7日（土）有明アリーナで開催される「RIZIN.52」に出場が決定していたカルシャガ・ダウトベックは、急性循環機能障害のため欠場となりました。
この為、本大会で予定していた対戦カード「カルシャガ・ダウトベック vs. 福田龍彌」は試合中止となりましたのでお知らせいたします。
ダウトベックが急性循環機能障害のため欠場へ
カルシャガ・ダウトベックは体調不良を訴え病院に緊急搬送され、いわゆる「急性循環機能障害」との診断を受けました。このためダウトベックは今大会を欠場、福田龍彌との試合は中止となります。
この試合をご期待いただいたファンの方々には謹んでお詫び申し上げます。

私はこの3月、バンタム級転向第一試合目で実力者の福田選手を相手に次期挑戦者をかけた試合に臨む事を心から楽しみにしていました。
しかしながら、深刻な医療上の問題により、やむを得ず試合を欠場することになりました。
これは私にとってまた一つの大きな試練であり、簡単に受け入れられるものではありません。それでも、試練には必ず意味があると信じています。この困難を乗り越え、完全に回復し、これまで以上に強くなって必ず戻ってきます。
対戦相手の福田選手、プロモーション関係者の皆様、そして何よりもファンの皆様へ ―― 期待を裏切る形となってしまったことを心よりお詫び申し上げます。皆様の支えは私にとって何よりも大きな力であり、このような時だからこそ、その存在の大きさを強く感じています。
