britney spears A permanent restraining order has been issued against a Louisiana man after her security team says he showed up at her Los Angeles home and was behind numerous “disturbing social media posts” about the pop superstar, TMZ has learned.
The “Toxic” singer filed court papers against a 51-year-old man named below. donald, She claimed that he had been harassing her online since 2013 and that he was arrested for trespassing after showing up at her home in 2025.
Documents say Donald was spotted by Britney’s security guard and the sheriff’s office was notified. Officers found a man at the scene, smoking a cigarette and shaking.
Deputies took the man into custody…the petition states that Donald “exhibited strange behavior and made several incoherent comments” during the arrest.
The court ordered Donald to stay 100 meters away from Britney at all times.
Britney said in court documents that she has no idea who Donald is and has no relationship with him. Her team said the man’s posts were “mostly incoherent and some could be interpreted as threats to harm Ms. Britney.”
Her team said Donald posted the words “heart like a bullet hole” and said there were serious concerns for the singer’s safety.
The document also says Donald has a “long and disturbing criminal history,” including convictions in 2019 for trespassing and aggravated assault. Donald was charged with robbery and harassment, and the court said he was charged with cyberstalking and drunk driving.
The court order will keep Donald protected by a restraining order until 2030.
