Lenovo’s next big rotatable concept piece is CES 2026brings this technology to the Legion Pro lineup. gaming laptop. However, instead of expanding vertically like the ThinkBook Plus, the Legion Pro Rollable’s 16-inch screen expands horizontally to create a 21.5-inch or 24-inch ultrawide image.
The secret to this laptop’s versatility lies in its “dual-motor, tension-based design” that minimizes vibration and noise. More importantly, Lenovo says it keeps the PureSight OLED panel taut, preventing wrinkles, glare, and other distractions.
I hope Lenovo’s claims are true, considering that one of my main complaints with the ThinkBook Rollable was the visible crease in the bottom roll of the screen. Similar wrinkles on your gaming monitor can have even worse effects.
In fact, Lenovo is touting its new Legion Pro Rollable concept, which is ideal for esports pros who travel frequently and want to practice wherever they are. Lenovo considers the standard 16-inch display setup to be a “focus mode” that helps hone your reflexes. Tactical mode is 21.5 inches, which Lenovo believes helps with “peripheral awareness, rotation training, and team coordination.”
Extended to a full 24 inches (or what Lenovo calls “Arena Mode”), this mode eliminates the need for a separate full-size monitor and is perfect for competitive training.
Legion Pro Rollable is based on a powerful flagship; We gave a positive review of Legion Pro 7i. and it currently sits at the top of our Favorite gaming laptopyou can expect the same ridiculous level of performance and polish.
Lenovo offers the latest and most powerful Intel Core Ultra chips with up to two processors. NVIDIA RTX 5090 laptop GPU. Of course I still follow the advice do not have Buy RTX 5090 Mobile GPU It’s much more expensive than the RTX 5080, but offers slightly better performance.
The ThinkBook Plus Rollable remains a niche device for professionals who need additional screen space without the bulk. We have a feeling that Lenovo’s next Rollable concept will gain even more attention, even from people outside of professional esports.
One of my main complaints about gaming laptops, and one of the main reasons I always end up going back to a desktop PC with an ultrawide monitor, is, well, screen space. We expect this PC to be popular with people who often work away from home or who don’t have the space on their desks to permanently install a 24-inch display.
Of course, since this is a concept product, there is no final release date or set price. Like its ThinkBook Rollable sibling, there may be a full launch at some point, but we can only wait to see what Lenovo has in store.
Lenovo’s rollable display technology continues to improve and seems perfectly suited for use in gaming laptops. Why not try something similar? Let us know in the comments section below.
