Android notifications and quick settings have been split. rumored We’ve had information for the past year or so, and today’s leak provides the latest look.
Mystic Leaks on Telegram Today we shared a video and screenshots of what appears to be an internal build of Android 17. The design is a mature version of what was previously shown.[設定]>[通知]Under the new[通知とクイック設定]A menu will appear.
- another: Swipe down from the top right to open quick settings. Swipe down from the top left to open your notifications.
- Combined (classic): Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the classic panel that combines notifications and quick settings.
If the Individual option is enabled, swiping from the left will show notifications. There are no changes to the actual list as of this build, but a large clock appears at the top. The day/date and status bar icons are placed inside a pill in the corner.
Swipe down from the right side of the screen to place it in the (top) sheet container[クイック設定]will be displayed. There’s a miniature clock here, and the next two lines show carrier information, QS edits, settings, and power.
New to quick settings is a volume slider below brightness. The three-dot button next to it will likely open a full set of sliders. Otherwise, QS tiles are unchanged since the last redesign.
On the big screen,[個別]will be your only option. “Combined (classic) view is limited to the outer screen of the foldable device.”
Meanwhile, Android 17 is said to bring back a dedicated “Mobile Data” quick settings tile that uses the cellular bar icon. The individual Wi-Fi toggles use the icons you’d expect.
