Owen also added about the recruitment business, with speculation already mounting for the next transfer window: “They probably still need one or two players. And if they lose Casemiro and maybe even Fernandes, those are two really important players. It’s all balanced with the age drop and all that. It’s unbelievable.”

They’re too big a team to keep underperforming, and when they turn around they’ll accelerate like there’s no tomorrow. It can happen.”
