Interstellar comet 3I/ATLAS (also known as C/2025 N1 ATLAS): New images – February 15, 2026

Photographed an interstellar comet 3I/Atlas (alias C/2025 N1 Atlas) Again, it has largely disappeared since my last visit last month.

The image above is a combination of 10 and 120 second exposures with sigma clipping. Celestron C14+Paramount ME+SBIG ST-10XME Robotic unit available as part of the Virtual Telescope Project facility in Manciano, Italy.

3I/Atlas It is fading considerably as it moves away from perihelion. We will continue to watch this unique interstellar visitor for as long as it is within our observing capabilities.
