  • “Quarantine Zone: The Last Check” sold 665.7 thousand copies and confidently took the number one spot.

  • In second place was StarRupture with 533.7 thousand copies, and in third place was LORT with 253.9 thousand copies.

  • Cairn sold 107.7 thousand copies in January, but the developer announced in February that total sales had already exceeded 300,000 copies.

  • While January isn’t traditionally a blockbuster-packed month, there were some strong smaller releases.

  • StarRupture earned $12.3 million, beating Quarantine Zone: The Last Check’s $10.4 million thanks to its higher price point.

  • Code Vein II ranked third, with the basic version priced at $70.

  • The ARC Raiders success story continues. In January alone, the game sold an additional 2.1 million copies, bringing total sales to 15 million.

  • Strong sales were also achieved for “REPO,” which added 867.4 thousand copies for a total of 18.4 million copies, “Peak,” which added 692.1 thousand copies for a total of 15.5 million copies, and “RV There Yet?” An additional 650,000 copies will be added for a total of 5.5 million copies.

  • “No Rest for the Wicked” is worth highlighting separately. The game sold 663.3 thousand copies in January, and after the release of the co-op mode, total sales reached 1.5 million copies.

  • New releases on PlayStation 5, such as Cairn and Code Vein II, sold fewer than 50,000 copies.

  • The biggest new release for Xbox Series S|X was Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, which also sold less than 50,000 copies.

  • However, on Nintendo Switch 1 and 2, Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade sold over 100,000 copies in January.
