After first meeting each other early in this series, Mervin had mixed feelings towards his long-lost brother Solomon Clarke, given that he is a thief.

And it looks like Solomon is at the center of more trouble for Mervin when Honore’s police detective is kidnapped.

Actor Daniel Ward has just a handful of credits to his name, including This is Going to Hurt, Mood and the BBC’s Netflix comedy Everything Now.

Sterling Fox – Trieve Blackwood-Cambridge

The last time fans saw Sterling Fox was in season 14, when he was briefly introduced as Commissioner Selwyn Patterson’s (Don Warrington) replacement.

Sterling is now back in Saint Marie for season 15, so perhaps he’s helping the team track down Mervin before any real harm comes to him.

Actor Trieve Blackwood-Cambridge is best recognized for his role as Josh Hudson in the medical drama Holby City, which he played for its final two years before it was canceled in 2022.

Some of his other parts have been Channel 4’s This Way Up, Disney+’s Rematch and BBC Three’s Enterprice.

Lester Lewis – Ashley Campbell

Lester Lewis is shown having a drink poolside with two other guest characters, but no other images have been released. Could this indicate that he is this week’s victim?

She is played by actress Ashley Campbell, who appeared in the 2004 children’s series The Mysti Show alongside Waterloo Road and Gavin and Stacey star Laura Aikman.

Some of his other parts have been in Hollyoaks Later, Doctors, Emmerdale and Coronation Street as DC Wiley.

Perla Lewis – Antonia Bernath

Actress Antonia Bernath is best remembered for starring in ITV’s Downton Abbey as Laura Edmunds, The Astronaut Wives Club as Susan Borman and Jane Rossington in ITV’s Nolly.

She is after a character named Pearl Lewis who is believed to be married to Lester.

Cheech McCarthy – Julian Rhind-Tutt

This week’s investigation will be into the murder of a local businessman, but both Solomon and his partner Cheech swear the other is responsible, so who’s telling the truth?

Actor Julian Rhind-Tutt is best known for playing “Mac” Macartney in the comedy series Green Wing.

He also played Phelan in Britannia, Mr Jerebohm in The Larkins and Christian in Man Vs Bee with Rowan Atkinson.

Death in Paradise is available to watch on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
