With the new season comes a new evolution of Expert Picks. Below are picks and analysis for both betting and fantasy that fans are doing.

New updates to the PGA Tour Fantasy GameEach week, our panel of experts provides fantasy game picks and analysis, including insight on who will captain your roster to score extra points. Users can submit rosters through PGA TOUR Fantasy Golf.

Our golf betting experts also share the betting options that have caught their eye.

How it works: Every week, PGATOUR.COM’s experts select PGA Tour Fantasy Golf. Each lineup consists of four starters, including the captain, and two bench players who can be rotated after each round. An additional challenge is that each golfer can only use each of the three segments three times.

Apart from the expert insights below, this week’s issue of Golf Betting Fantasy Insider Rob Bolton takes a closer look at the area. power ranking.

WILL GRAY (Senior Manager, Tour & Golf Bet Editing & Distribution)

  • Ludwig Overberg vs. Hideki Matsuyama (-138): I like this 72-hole matchup price for the Swede, who won at Torrey last year and gave Matsuyama an edge.
  • Joel Damen, Top 20 (+700): Although a bit off for being one of the last players in the field, Dahmen will be eager to make the most of his start on a course where he has had two T9 finishes since 2019.

CHRIS BREECE (Golfbet Senior Content Manager)

  • Jason Day, Top 10 (+360): I’ll make an exception for him starting the last two games at Torrey Pines. He’s had a lot of good finishes here and those numbers are really great for a guy who played great last week.
  • Sami Valimaki Top 20 (+600): I can understand the hesitation after missing out on a spot at La Quinta. But for a player who just won two months ago and finished T15 here last year, 6-1 is worth a shot.

Jimmy Rainman (Digital Content Manager)

  • Haotong Li, Top 20 (+360): Lee’s length will keep him afloat at Torrey, and his T4 at The Open last year shows he can perform on difficult tracks. After last week’s T8 at American Express, he might settle into touring.
  • Ryan Gerard, Top 10 (+360): Even though Gerrard is probably the hottest golfer in the world after finishing runner-up, he still has a shot at breaking into the top 10 at more than 3-1 here. Please register.
