Founded in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA in 1892. Hamilton, a long-established watch brand with a history of over 130 years, has released three new models of the Intra-Matic Chronograph H.

This model nods directly to the iconic era of the late 1960s and early 70s, when motorsport was at its peak, with bold new colors and a richly textured design.

Intramatic Chronograph H

With purple, vintage elements and a mechanical experience of craftsmanship, the Intra-Matic Chronograph H continues Hamilton’s tradition of precision, precision, performance and timeless style.

This time, three new models have been added to Hunter. Both the green and brown dials feature a smoky gradation dial that moves from a dark outer edge to a bright center, highlighting the curved silhouette of the Intra-Matic Chronograph H.

The purple blue dial is accented with orange, and is paired with a soft and durable brown nubuck leather strap, faithfully reproducing the truck material and design of the time.

The iconic era of the late 1960s and early 1970s, when sports motors competed the most. Watches and high-performance car designs of the time shared a common aesthetic: instrument-like dials, bright contrasts, and purposeful details that formed the core of each.

The Intra-Matic Chronograph H combines a classic silhouette with a timeless aesthetic, modern technology and functionality, and features motorsport inspiration in every detail.

Elements reminiscent of the racing culture of the time, such as a punched leather belt that enhances breathability and grip, and a box-shaped sapphire crystal with anti-reflection treatment on both sides, are used throughout, and whether you pair it with casual denim for the weekend or a well-worn work jacket, or arrange it with a tailored style for formal occasions, it expresses the tradition of racing in a variety of situations.

The movement is equipped with Hamilton’s hand-wound caliber H-51, which has a 60-hour power reserve. While winding the watch or operating the stopwatch, you can feel the connection with the watch by touching it with your hands.Furthermore, the use of a Nivacron hairspring improves its resistance to magnetic fields, temperature changes, and shocks.
