Sembawang Deck and Kimkito Crest
Located in the new residential area of Sembawang North, Sembawang Deck is bounded by Admiralty Street and Admiralty Lane.
The project will provide 777 2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room and 5-room apartments in four residential blocks ranging from 20 to 25 storeys in height.
In addition to the kindergarten, cafeteria, minimart, and shops provided by this project, residents can also visit the nearby Sembawang Mart and Sunplaza.
Residents can also take a short bus ride to Bukit Canberra. Bukit Canberra is a community and sports hub with facilities including an indoor sports hall, ActiveSG gym, swimming pool, general hospital and hawker centre.
Residents can also look forward to more amenities nearby, including a new neighborhood center with more retail and dining options. A new one-hectare park with playgrounds and fitness stations will also be built adjacent to the centre.
Kim Keat Crest will consist of four residential blocks ranging from 26 to 30 storeys with 1,151 two-room flexible, three- and four-room apartments.
The project will also include rental blocks bounded by Kim Keat Avenue and Toa Payoh East.
The project will include facilities such as a mini-mart, food and beverage outlets, and shops, with more food and retail outlets available at the nearby Kim Keat Palm Market and Food Centre, Toa Payoh Vista Market and Toa Payoh Town Center.
Residents can also expect the Toa Payoh integrated development to be built nearby, providing access to sports facilities, a general hospital, relocated Toa Payoh library and renovated town park.
Residents are also well connected to Potong Pasir MRT Station and Toa Payoh MRT Station, both of which are just a short bus ride away.
Apart from these four projects, two more projects (one in Sembawang and one in Bukit Merah) will be delivered during the February BTO sales exercise.
Project details, including classification categories, will be announced at a later date.
HDB will also deliver over 4,300 balance apartments in the concurrent SBF exercise, of which approximately one in five units has been completed and the remainder are under construction.
