Are there any ticket limits?

There is a strict limit of 6 tickets per person for VIP tickets and 8 tickets per person for standard tickets.

Please strictly adhere to the published ticket limits. Anyone exceeding the ticket limit may have their order and tickets partially or fully canceled without notice at Ticketmaster’s discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number, or other information.

How do I purchase tickets for accessible seating?

Accessible seating can be purchased by calling our customer service team on the Accessible Reservation Line. 09 970 9711. This phone number is reserved for customers with accessibility requirements and cannot process other ticketing requests. Accessible tickets can also be requested through our website during both the pre-sale period and the general sale period. Submit a request – Ticketmaster Help. If you wish to make a reservation during the presale period, please be sure to include the relevant presale code in your request.

Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible seating ticket policies. Availability and type of seated tickets available vary by venue

Will there be lines before tickets go on sale?

We expect tickets to: J Cole Due to high demand, we want to make the process fair for everyone in line.

Once the sale begins, row order will be randomly assigned. Your place in the queue is not determined by the time you enter the waiting room. We recommend entering the waiting room 15-30 minutes before the presale begins.

Do not refresh your browser after queuing as you will be pushed to the back of the line.

We’ll get you through the line as quickly as possible, so please sit tight.

How do I receive my ticket?

All tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are now digital. This means you can easily access your tickets on your phone via the Ticketmaster app or mobile web browser. ticketmaster.co.jpadd directly to your phone’s ticket wallet and share with friends and family.

Log into your Ticketmaster account and update your password if necessary.

Get in early and make sure all your MyTicketmaster account details are up to date, from your password to your card details to your phone number.

Ticketmaster requires you to periodically update your password to ensure the security of your account. You don’t want to be forced to change your password while the ticket timer is counting down during a sale. Because you risk losing the great tickets you’ve secured.

Instead, now that you know you want to buy tickets, log in to your account and update your password to make sure you’re ready to get your tickets.

1. open ticket master app

2. Tap My Events and select the event you want to transfer tickets to

3. Tap Forward below the ticket you want to share (note: you may need to wait a moment for the Forward button to load)

4. On the Select Tickets to Transfer page, review the tickets you want to share (note that each ticket must be transferred individually)

5. Tap the “Forward to” button. Tap Enter recipients manually and enter your friend’s first name, last name, and email or mobile number.

6. Tap “Transfer Ticket”. Tickets in your account will show as “Sent.” Ticket transfers can be canceled or canceled at any time.

7. Your friend will receive an email asking them to accept the forwarded ticket. Friends can log in or create a new Ticketmaster account to accept.

8. The ticket is now ready to be transferred to your friend’s Ticketmaster account and marked as “Transferred” in your account.
