lenovo is launching faster laptops and closing the gap between human intent and hardware. With the launch of Lenovo Qira and a set of “adaptive” concepts, the message is that the future of technology is invisible, modular and deeply personal.
Meet Qira: the assistant who doesn’t wait for notices
The featured announcement of MWC 2026 is Lenovo Qiraa “Personal Environmental Intelligence”. Unlike traditional AI that requires you to open an app, Qira lives at the system level on more than 20 devices, including the Yoga and ThinkPad lines.
- The “Next Move” function: Imagine searching for a story on your phone during your trip; When you open your laptop in the office, Qira has already displayed the relevant tabs and documents.
- Proactive utility: It understands the context, reminds you of a flight and automatically shows your boarding pass the moment you arrive at the airport.
The modular concept “Take small, wear big”
Lenovo ThinkBook AI Modular PC Concept addresses the traveler’s biggest dilemma: needing a huge workspace but wanting a small bag.
- The transformer: A 14-inch base that can be expanded to a 19-inch dual-screen setup by swapping the keyboard for a second screen.
- Sustainability focus: With interchangeable I/O ports and detachable components, this concept signals a shift toward PCs that grow with you rather than being replaced.
The Lenovo ThinkBook range starts around $1,000+ AUD.
Games and creativity without limits
For the creators and players of the Women love technology community, two prototypes stole the show:
Yoga Book Pro 3D: A glasses-free 3D laptop that uses artificial intelligence to convert 2D content into spatial assets in real time – a game-changer for digital artists and designers.
Legion Go Fold: A portable gaming device that unfolds from a pocket-sized 7.7-inch screen to an immersive 11.6-inch screen.
