Bald Wenby has great power
Highlights of Victor Wembaneyama’s last three matches.
Like One Punch Man and Avatar Aang, Victor Wenbanyama leveled up after shaving his head.
Since he and Keldon Johnson got the new cuts three games ago, Wenby has averaged 31.3 points, 9.7 rebounds, 2.0 blocks and 5.3 3-pointers per game.
“There are more bald players,” Wenbanyama said. Studied under Shaolin monks. “I think it’s a sign of dedication, at least from my perspective.”

Today is NBA Game 7 night. 2026 AWS NBA Rivals Weekfeaturing the San Antonio Spurs playing against the Houston Rockets (8 a.m. Eastern time) and the Los Angeles Lakers renewed their acquaintance with the Denver Nuggets (10 a.m. Eastern time) on NBC and Peacock.
The Spurs and Rockets battled for supremacy in the Southwest Division in the 220th regular season game in NBA history, with San Antonio defeating Houston 120-100. Since the start of the 2020-21 season, each team has won 10 games across 20 games.
The Lakers and Nuggets have been battling for first place in the Western Conference since 2020, when Los Angeles defeated Denver en route to the 2020 NBA Championship. The Denvers recently held an 8-1 edge in the playoffs against the Lakers since beginning their quest for a title in 2023.
