ICC MEN’S T20 WORLD CUP 2026 MEDIA INFORMATION

The following is the schedule of media opportunities at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 on Sunday, March 8:

Ahmedabad

India will play New Zealand in the final at the Narendra Modi Stadium starting at 7:00 p.m. local time. Both teams will have post-match media interactions, starting approximately 45 minutes after the end of the match, with the losing team generally going first, followed by the winning team. The press conferences of both teams will be followed by brief live interviews in the Mixed Zone.

Note to NRH media:

The media areas will open at 3:30 PM Indian Standard Time.

No filming will be permitted within the venue except in secure filming areas as may be provided by the ICC media team.

The ICC will upload unedited press conference videos to the Online Media Zone, images of which may only be used on news channels and websites for editorial purposes and must not be published natively on any social media channels, including YouTube.

Note to NRH photographers:

  • Photographers must arrive at a pre-match meeting two hours before the draw, where they will be assigned photographic positions.
  • Photographers are expected to always wear their numbers and must follow instructions regarding their movements, including in the post-match presentation.
  • They will only be allowed in designated areas and will not be allowed at press conferences or in mixed areas.
