Provincial police temporarily closed an intersection in north London, Ont. after a multi-vehicle crash in foggy Tuesday morning.
Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Middlesex County said emergency services were called to the scene of a three-vehicle crash at the intersection of Ilderton Road and Adelaide Street North around 10 a.m.
“None of the injuries appear to have life-threatening injuries,” Officer Jeff Hare wrote on the X program. “It’s very foggy today. Travel safely.”
The intersection will be closed to traffic until the vehicle is removed.

Fog caused poor visibility from early morning, leading to a number of school bus cancellations. Environment Canada meteorologist Mark Schuster said it covered much of southern Ontario.
“Southern Ontario is experiencing very stagnant weather and very light winds,” Schuster said. “When temperatures are mild and there is snow around, fog often forms because there is more low-level moisture.”
All school traffic in Middlesex, Oxford and Elgin counties and the red zone (area south of Highway 401) was canceled for the morning, the government said. mybig yellowbus.ca. Buses that were canceled due to fog will run in the afternoon.
Schuster said the fog should clear by late morning, a few hours after sunrise. Things will remain fairly calm until the next weather system develops overnight, dumping up to 25mm of rain and the risk of freezing rain on Wednesday.
“The main impact will be slippery conditions in the London area, especially for pedestrians and people driving on dirt roads,” Schuster said.
Temperatures over the next few days will be close to seasonal marks, reaching a high of 5C on Thursday and dropping back to -2C on Monday, he added.
