Raiders,
What happens topside stays topside – the Raiders must leave their grudges on the tube.
But Speranza also has a conscience. Although we can’t fully control the violence of the raiders, Celeste is passionate about reminding us why we took refuge beneath the dust of the Rust Belt. And just because we live in the dirt doesn’t mean we always have to act that way.
Shared Watch is an annual holiday that reminds us of our true enemy by celebrating those who care about their fellow Raiders. Tolerate, team up, or eliminate ARC – all in the spirit of Shared Watch.
what’s new?
- shared watch
- This is your chance to team up and fight against the machines.
- The Shared Watch event starts today and ends on February 24th. Players earn benefits and rewards by destroying, supporting, and damaging ARCs. There are no benefits in PvP matches. Bring a friend or a stranger, but first and foremost, bring enough ammunition for the machine to notice you.
- Cold snap map state
- Winter isn’t over yet in the Rust Belt – we’re bringing back Cold Snap!
- Map state has returned to rotation of outdoor maps with the same risk/reward combination. Frostbite damage will make the trip to the top shorter if you don’t seek shelter, but the loot will be more valuable for those who brave the tundra.
- Candleberries can still be collected, but are no longer associated with events. You can also collect and throw snowballs. Use it wisely or don’t.
- cosmetics
- valpine set
- slugger set
Content and bug fixes
We’re sure some of you may have noticed changes in past updates that aren’t listed in the patch notes, so thank you for flagging them and bringing them to our attention!
Although we’ve been building ARC Raiders for years, we’ve only been live for a short time and are still getting used to the rhythm (and discipline) of live operations. Writing complete, accurate, and understandable patch notes is a muscle we’re actively training.
We are improving our internal processes and reducing the number of issues leaking. Also, if something goes wrong, your report will help you figure it out quickly and update your notes. If you find anything missing, please continue to let us know. Really helpful.
