Photo reveals injury from fall on reality show

Janice Dickinson A British broadcaster is suing a British broadcaster over injuries he claims he sustained in a fall while filming a reality show… and now photos of the facial damage from the fall have been obtained.
Check out these photos obtained by TMZ…which they claim show the aftermath of a nasty spill while she was filming “I’m a Celebrity…South Africa” in 2022.
Janice has bruises, bruises, scratches and scabs on her forehead, nose, lips and chin. She claims she sustained injuries to her head and face after tripping while going to the bathroom at night during the show’s jungle camp.
The assault charges date to 2022, and in September 2025, Janice filed a lawsuit against ITV Studios in the UK, seeking six-figure damages. According to report Janice claims in her lawsuit that she suffered permanent facial disfigurement and nerve damage after stumbling in the dark after being given sleeping pills by a doctor.
The suit was brought by London law firm Taylor Hampton Solicitors. Hugh Grant, elizabeth hurley and sir elton john.
A source close to Janis tells TMZ that Janis was “absolutely devastated” when she was told her face was permanently disfigured and she suffered nerve damage.
Janice reportedly felt “humiliated” by the incident and did not say anything about it for a long time, despite speculation online that she had suffered a stroke.
Sources say that while Janice loved appearing on reality shows, “this wasn’t what she signed up for.”
Janis’s representative in the UK; dermot mcnamaratold TMZ… “Janice is fully committed to this legal process and will see it through to its conclusion.”
A spokesperson for ITV Studios told TMZ: “Janice Dickinson’s complaint has been received and considered. ‘I’m a Celebrity’ operates high-level safety protocols and the health, safety and welfare of all our contributors is our top priority.”
ITV added… “We are not aware of this version of events. However, we cared for Janice at the time, paid her medical bills and flew her to Los Angeles. The I’m A Celebrity team also remained in regular contact with Janice and her representatives on an ongoing basis until after the show aired, seven months after Janice returned to the US.”
