Registration is now open for Australia’s largest food manufacturing event, FoodPro, which will bring together manufacturers, suppliers and industry experts in Melbourne in July 2026.

The four-day event will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Center (MCEC) from 26 to 29 July and is expected to attract nearly 10,000 professionals from across Australia’s food manufacturing sector, spanning food processing, packaging and innovation.

FoodPro said the event, held every three years, remained an important platform for connecting suppliers with Australia’s largest food and drink manufacturing audience.

The 2026 edition will feature eight product zones covering food science and technology, raw materials and additives, processing and packaging, packaging materials, beverage equipment, intelligent and digital factories, factory infrastructure and logistics, government and business services.

FoodPro reports that the 2023 event attracted more than 9,100 industry professionals and more than 385 exhibitors, reinforcing its role as a premier meeting place for manufacturing-focused companies across the industry.

Organizers said the upcoming event will serve as a springboard for industry progress amid continued global demand, changing consumer expectations and increasing sustainability requirements.

According to FoodPro, the 2026 show aims to support investments and long-term partnerships to help manufacturers respond to these pressures.
