After losing offensive coordinator Todd Monken to the Browns’ head coaching position last season, Baltimore has found a new addition to its offense.
The Ravens have hired former Bears offensive coordinator Declan Doyle as their offensive coordinator, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. reported on friday.
The 29-year-old began coaching in the NFL in 2019, spending his first four years as an offensive assistant with the Saints. He was with the Broncos as tight ends coach in 2023 and 2024 before being hired by the Bears last season.
Doyle was recently in contention for the Eagles’ offensive coordinator position, but withdrew his name from the team’s search.
He now has play-calling responsibilities in Baltimore, something he didn’t have in Chicago because head coach Ben Johnson was directing plays.
In 2025, the Bears’ offense ranked ninth in scoring and sixth in total yards.
