Based in Shenzhen, China’s technology capital, cycling brand Coospo has built solid technology products at truly affordable prices. With a lineup of GPS computers, radar lights, heart rate monitors, and compact electric pumps, Coospo is clearly targeted at riders who want reliable functionality without a hefty price tag. Curious to see how this range works as a complete ecosystem, we reached out to the brand late last year to test four of their most popular products.
CS600 smart cycling computer
Coospo’s flagship computer aims to offer premium features at a more affordable price, and for everyday use it mostly succeeds. The unit feels solid and well-finished, the display is bright, and it’s very easy to set up. GPS accuracy was consistently reliable, with no noticeable drift or signal lag, and sensor pairing was stable. Data fields are well-organized and easy to understand at a glance.
The navigation is reliable for basic routing, but the mapping lacks the sophistication, intelligence, and visual sophistication found in higher-end units from Garmin, Wahoo, or Hammerhead. Still, if you’re looking for reliable ride quality metrics, long battery life, and a truly stress-free user experience, the CS600 offers more than its affordable price suggests.

TR70 Smart Radar Taillight
Compact, rugged and confident on the road, the TR70 brings radar-based rearward safety to a more affordable price point. Detection performance is reliable, alerting you to vehicles approaching at high speed before you can hear them, and the Garmin-style quarter-turn mount provides instant familiarity. Battery life is also excellent and can easily handle long training rides. For riders looking for the benefits of radar without the price premium, the TR70 is an attractive option.

HW9 armband heart rate monitor
The HW9 is a lightweight, comfortable, and incredibly sleek alternative to traditional chest straps. Pairs quickly, provides consistent and accurate readings, and stays in place even during intense workouts. For riders who prioritize comfort, simplicity, and reliable heart rate data, the HW9 is an attractive, hassle-free option.
X1 Bike Air Pump

The X1 turned out to be the biggest surprise in the series. Compact and well-designed, it packs easily into your jersey pocket or saddlebag and punches well above its weight. It inflates tires to high pressures faster than expected, the digital display is crisp and accurate, and, unusual for a mini electric pump, it doesn’t overheat during use.
In testing, we brought a 28mm road tire from flat to running pressure in just a few minutes. It’s noisier than a full-sized electric pump and not as fast as the Fumpa, but it’s a truly capable little tool for roadside repairs, travel, or quick pre-ride refills.
Connectivity and mobile apps
The CS600 computer, TR70 radar light, and HW9 heart rate monitor all use Bluetooth and ANT+ and are cross-compatible with most major cycling brands. Pairing was instant on all devices we tested, and connections were stable across the board.
Coospo’s companion app, CoospoRide, ties everything together neatly by handling device setup, firmware updates, route planning, and quick adjustments without adding complexity. It’s not as feature-rich as the largest ecosystem apps, but it’s clean, functional, and easy to use.

HW9 armband heart rate monitor
- Strap fit may not suit all riders
- No internal storage – must remain connected to record data
final verdict
Individual products offer strong performance for their price points, but the real story here is value. The CS600 provides reliable riding data without the premium price of a computer. TR70 makes radar-based safety more accessible than ever. The HW9 provides accurate and comfortable heart rate tracking, and the X1 pump is an incredibly capable everyday tool.
Together they form a powerful ecosystem that punches well above its weight. While none of the products are quite as sophisticated as higher-end brands, they offer features that easily satisfy commuters, recreational riders, new cyclists upgrading their kit, and value-conscious riders looking for reliable gear without overspending.
