A new 24-hour spa complex opens in the established business town of Jurong East

Singapore, this is actually an excuse to go to Jurong. House+ Bubble is about to open a giant spa and playground in Asia. 100,000 square feet of hot springs, sauna, massage, yoga, meditation and cinema rooms. To give you an idea of the scale, this is equivalent to 7.5 Olympic swimming pools. What more? The complex is open seven days a week.

A $45 million “urban microvacation” has landed in Perennial Business City and will be rolled out in two phases. The approximately 49,000 square foot first phase has already been soft launched, with an official opening set for March 14, 2026. The second phase is expected to nearly double that space by the end of the year, pending customary regulatory approvals. Once fully operational, House+ Bubble will be built to accommodate between 700 and 1,000 visitors daily.

CEO Hou Zelong isn’t kidding when he calls it a one-stop leisure destination. This is not a turn-key massage spot. Spend the day eating, steaming, meditating, watching movies, or whatever you like.

If this concept works, we could see more branches around Singapore, each with its own theme, and maybe even resort-sized branches in Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia. But for now, Jurong is where the action is.

Opening promotions start at $49 for 3 hours and standard rates go up to $129 depending on length of stay.
