In this week’s issue of Famitsu, revealed Villion: Code is in development for Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch. It is scheduled to be released in Japan on May 25, 2026.
A new school RPG by Koji Okada, who worked on “Megami Tensei” and “Persona.” The story takes place in the near future, in a college town on an isolated island in Tokyo Bay. There are students and teachers who have mutated into monsters. The game features procedurally generated dungeons and “real-time speed action” combat.
In addition to Koji, Tadashi Satomi will be in charge of the scenario. The sound composer is Tsukasa Masuko. Both staff members worked on the Persona and Shin Megami Tensei series.
