It builds on a series of AI updates over the past six months that have significantly improved Whoop Coach’s context-awareness, moving it from a relatively limited early version to a truly useful everyday tool.
Long-awaited update – but some trends are still missing
However, despite the notable AI overhaul of the Strength Trainer tool, a promised feature, Strength Trainer Trends, is still missing.
I’ve had access to “Total Volume Load” trends for the past couple of months, which is relatively useful, but I’m still waiting for specific exercise trends (like tracking bench press progress over time).
