Zachery Ty Brian He will be sentenced to 16 months in prison for 2024 drunk driving arrest –And this time, he’s not going to walk away with a suspended sentence.

The former “Home Improvement” star was reassigned this morning after striking a plea deal with prosecutors. He pleaded guilty to drink-driving and received an enhancement for driving with a BAC of 0.15% or higher, almost twice the legal limit of 0.08.

According to court documents, Brian also admitted to two previous DUI convictions, making matters even more difficult. If he was hit with a fourth shot, the penalty would be even more severe.

The judge was not in a forgiving mood. Probation was denied and Brian was sentenced to 16 months in county jail, with 57 days served.

Even after completing his mission for this period, he was not out of danger. Once he’s done with his job, he’ll have to face an out-of-county warrant.

Online records show Brian was originally arrested by La Quinta Police in 2024 on a charge of driving under the influence of three or more persons. He was also charged with contempt of court.
